Temporary interruptions expected on January 24 in availability of the Smart-ID app for smartphones
On January 24 between 23:00 PM and 01:00 AM due to the scheduled maintenance works on IT systems, the Smart-ID application for smartphones will be temporarily unavailable.
On Thursday, January 24 between 23:00 PM and 01:00 AM our partner SK Solutions will carry out the scheduled maintenance works on their IT systems. Therefore during this time the Smart-ID application for smartphones will be unavailable for approximately 60 minutes. You will be unable to use Smart-ID to access the internet bank and approve payments or authenticate in other web sites. You will be also unable to create any new Smart-ID accounts during this time.
