Temporary interruptions for Smart-ID expected on the night of September 12
Starting from 23:00 on 12th September to 01:00 on 13th September scheduled maintenance works on IT systems will be carried out. Therefore during this time you might face temporary downtime for Smart-ID application.
You will be unable to use Smart-ID to access the internet bank and approve payments or authenticate in other web sites. During this time you will also be unable to pay with your payment cards in those internet stores which use the 3D Secure safe online payment system (payment authentication via internet bank with Smart-ID access). However, payments with cards in shops (POS terminals) and our ATM network will function as usual.
