Amendments to terms and conditions of investment advisory service in SEB will come into force on 11 December 2020.
Amendments to terms and conditions of investment advisory service in SEB (hereafter – Terms and Conditions of Advisory) will come into force on 11 December 2020.
The new Terms and Conditions of Advisory is a technical combination of two different existing terms and conditions, as well as a clarification of certain technical solutions for the benefit of clients. Previously, different versions of terms and conditions of investment advice were used for different customer segments.
For existing and new customers the new version of the Terms and Conditions of Advisory will apply from 11 December 2020.
