The process of changing the internet bank transfer limits is improved

To improve our customers’ ability to manage their funds according to their daily needs, we have made improvements to the process of changing the internet bank transfer limits.

Customers can change the limits by filling in the new application form in the internet bank section Applications – Changing transfer limits. In the application customer can indicate for how long the changed limits need to remain in force. Limits will be changed automatically once the application is submitted.

In case your request limits will exceed the standard set by the bank – 4000 euros in a day and 10 000 euros during a month –, we will also ask you to clarify the reason for increasing the limits. In specific cases, additional documents regarding the transaction might also be requested. Applications will be reviewed within 2 working days.

We will inform customers about the change of the limits via SMS or internet bank letters.
