Ieva Tetere, CEO of SEB banka in Latvia since 2015 and Chairwoman of Council in Finance Latvia Association from 2019 until 2024. Before joining SEB in 2005 as Head on Internal audit, Ieva Tetere was a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers team both in Latvia and for two years in London. Ieva cares that society makes informed decisions. It is important for her that her colleagues in the bank have the opportunity to grow professionally and that they share their knowledge with both customers and the general public.

Ints Krasts

Today Johan’s primary focus lies in topical research of new and hot trends in the economy and financial markets. Jānis Sārts

Jānis Sārts is a Director of the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence (Riga), - a multinational, cross – sector organisation providing comprehensive analysis, advice and practical support in strategic communications to the Alliance and the allied nations. Prior to that, he has been the State Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Latvia for seven years and has chaired the National Cyber Security Board. He has been leading defence sector reforms, developing new state defence concept; as well as leading Latvian Government’s efforts in formulating and overseeing the implementation of Latvia’s cyber security policy.

He has devoted more than 20 years to skydiving and 9 years to BASE and Wingsuit proximity flying, which is considered one of the most dangerous sports in the world. Ingus made the world's first human flight with a drone and jumping from it with parachute.

Per Bjernekull

Started his career covering small sized companies in Stockholm region before joining as Account manager in Stockholm and developed quickly into a Client Executive. Per has since then held various positions such as Head of Large Corporate Coverage Sweden and General manager in SEB New York. Starting from 2018 Per has been Head of Financial Strategy of LC&FI, which means he has deep understanding of developing rewarding and sound portfolios of corporate client relationships with a strong connectivity to the SEB ecosystem, i.e. credits, product areas and senior management.
