How do I apply for a position at SEB Global Services?

Once you find a position you’re interested in, apply to it with your CV. Your background and professional experience will help us determine whether you could be the right fit for it.

What types of roles are available at SEB Global Services?

Apart from various options for specialists in Banking Operations, Risk and Compliance, IT and Finance you can find roles in Business Support, Robotics and many more.

Can I apply to multiple positions or reapply?

Yes, feel free to apply to a number of positions, if you’re interested in more than one. You may also reapply to a position in case your candidacy hasn’t been previously selected.

Does SEB Global Services offer internships?

Yes. We offer internship positions in Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and other areas. You can find all of them on our Intern site along with detailed descriptions.

Will I receive a phone call after applying?

Only the candidates whose profiles match the role’s requirements best will be contacted by phone or email.

I currently live abroad. Can I still apply for a position at SEB?

Feel free to apply – the first interview will be carried out using video. If we feel like a match, you’ll have to come onsite for the second face-to-face interview. Please note that at the moment we do not offer any remote-work positions. When applying for a position, please add a motivational letter to your application and tell us why you are ready to move to Riga and what your expectations are – especially in terms of financial benefits. We suggest doing some research on the local labour market salaries beforehand.

Will Talent Acquisition Specialists be coming to my university?

We host outreach events at several universities, introducing students to available internships and career opportunities for recent graduates. Check with your university’s career center to see if SEB is participating in an upcoming career event. You can also learn more and apply to our open positions by visiting Intern and Kickstarter pages.

Can I combine work at your company and studies?

Currently we only provide full-time positions. Most of our daily tasks are related to specific banking systems and processes that need to be performed at our premises during business hours. However, as for university students, some of our employees are successfully combining studies and full-time work.

Do you offer growth opportunities?
