Customer Due Diligence

 

Supporting business by carrying out robust and efficient client due diligence process throughout the whole customer life cycle.

As a fully integrated part of SEB Global Large Corporates and Financial Institutions (LC&FI), we are responsible for providing quality services related to client onboarding and lifecycle management, both from a Know Your Customer (KYC) and customer data perspective. Our daily tasks include performing data maintenance in SEB core systems, working with KYC and Customer Due Diligence processes and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Also, by analysing and reviewing the regulatory information related to the SEB Group clients worldwide, we contribute to sound solutions that keep our business running smooth.

These training events range from a crash-course on a certain customer segment or neighbouring department routines to language courses and more, increasing specific knowledge on a global scale.
