To be notified of the transactions carried out in your account or with your card, we offer you SMS banking services via your mobile phone or email.

Your can find the information on SMS bank under the menu “Applications”, in section “SMS bank”.


Requested notifications

The notifications requested by you can be viewed in section “My notifications”.

By clicking on a particular type of notification, you can edit or delete it.

New requests

It is up to you – you can choose to receive the relevant information via your e-mail or mobile phone.

Choosing both the information channels is possible, however, the commission fee will be charged for each of them separately.

Select the language in which you want to receive notifications from which SMS bank commission fees will be deducted at the end of the day, as well as the appropriate time for receiving messages.

You can determine regarding what events you would like to receive notifications (for example, alerts for incoming or outgoing transactions, received e-invoices, the expiry of the agreement, etc.)

When choosing incoming or outgoing transactions, you must specify the amount from which you want to receive alerts as well as the account, regarding which you need the information.

You can request separate notifications regarding transactions with your credit card.

Check the entered information and confirm it with the authorisation code.

How to request pull messages?

To apply for request messages, select the section “New notification”.

Specify your mobile phone number.

Select the account or accounts regarding which you would like to receive information, as well as the default account. If you specify only a request command in the text message, you will get information about the default account.

Upon applying for pull messages, a confirmation code will be sent to the mobile phone number specified by you.

You will then need to confirm your application with the code from the authorisation means.

How to receive request messages?

Send your pull messages to the number 8777, specifying the request command: Account balance – BALCredit card balance – CARDCurrency exchange rates – RATE

Example: Request command (space) account - BAL LV97UNLA…….
