Account statements

The account statements of transactions are available under the menu “Accounts/Cards”, by clicking on “Account statement”.

In section “Account statement” you can view transactions in your account or payment card for a period of your choice as well as arrange them by reference to various transaction parameters (incoming or outgoing transactions, purchases, loan transactions, interest payments, etc.). An overview of the selected transaction is available on the screen, or in PDF or CSV formats (by selecting from the menu next to “Query”). If you have several accounts the account statements of which you need, tick the relevant account numbers.

Owing to the changing of the system, the following limitations will apply to the presentation of transactions in the account:

  • The account statements of transactions can be obtained from the period running from 01.01.2014 until 10.02.2017 (inclusive) and from 11.02.2017 onwards.
  • Account transactions for the period from 01.01.2014 to 10.02.2017 will have limited transaction searching and filtering options, whereas starting from 11.02.2017 wider transaction searching and filtering options will become available.
  • If you need an account statement of transactions for the period before 1 January 2014, the relevant data must be requested via internet bank section “Messages/E-Invoices”, by calling the infoline + 371 26668777 or by visiting the branch in person.
  • From 11.02.2017, the maximum length of one statement period is 365 days.
  • From 11.02.2017, a multi-currency function will be possible for the accounts, and, upon requesting a statement of transactions for such an account, they will be presented for all currencies during the relevant period.

In section “Card statement”, you can see transactions with your payment cards and credit cards for a specified period. Tick the card you want to get a statement for and click on “Query” to receive the card transaction statement. Viewing of credit card transactions from 11.02.2017 will be possible in the card statement section or under the menu “Financing” (for legal entities) or “Loans/Leasings” (for private customers).
