Convenience provided by credit cards to their users in everyday life may be priceless. Understandable information on transactions and credit limit is especially important, therefore we have made significant improvements for the use of credit cards.

Account and statements of transactions
- All the transfers conducted with credit card using the company's money and credit limit will be visible at the same place – in the statement of the credit card’s account;
- New free credit card account will be automatically opened, and the current payment cards will be replaced by new ones, but the existing card agreement will remain valid;
- Full account statement may be exported in the following formats: .xml (Fidavista, ISO20022), .txt, .csv, .pdf;
- Available credit card balance will be visible not only on the internet bank and in ATMs, but also in the mobile application;
- Other services related to the previous credit card’s account will not be transferred automatically.
To make the new credit card’s account visible on the main page of the internet bank, press button Main page settings on Main page and then tick option Credit cards.
Credit limit and repayment thereof
- If the company’s funds will be transferred into the credit card’s account, the company’s money will be primarily used rather than credit limit;
- Any transfer or deposit in the credit card's account will be automatically considered as repayment of credit limit (if used);
- Credit limit will be automatically transferred to the new account;
- Company’s money will not be transferred automatically from the previous credit card’s account to the new card account. We kindly ask you to transfer company’s funds to the new credit card’s account and close the previous account if you will no longer use it.
Transfers and limits
- Transfers from the credit card’s account will be available without additional transfer from credit limit, including the funds granted by the bank;
- Limits for internet bank transfers will have to be reset.
It is important to consider when receiving and activating a credit card:
- The new card will be received by mail by the card user, provided that he/she uses internet bank service. If internet bank service is not use, we call the user to apply for appointment at the branch;
- Card will have a new PIN. Details will be available on the card user’s internet bank or, if the card user does not use it, please book an appointment at the branch;
- If several cards are linked to the same contract (credit limit), all the cards will be renewed simultaneously and sent to all the users of the company's cards. As soon as one of all the sent cards will be activated, the cards previously used by all the users will be automatically blocked. Therefore, in order to be able to use all the new cards, we ask the users of the company's cards to agree on common time of card activation, which will be most convenient on the internet bank or, if internet bank service is not use, by booking appointment at the branch.
