Outdoor Activity
Exiting, dynamic and adventurous Skill game will take place on the beach. Tasks will be made for everyone –some of the more active, some more strategical, so everybody will enjoy the activities. We will go to Final mission altogether, what is it? Let’s keep it a surprise!
For Outdoor Activity you need convenient shoes and clothes. Remember that Baltic spring weather is changeable, and it might be much cooler at the seashore. Please be prepared for it.
Rain ponchos will be provided by organizers in case needed (hopefully not this time 😊)

Hotel plan
Jūrmala conference hall is main venue for the event. Breakout meeting – workshops will happen in in Bulduri, Ķemeri, Melluži, Dubulti and Pumpuri rooms.
Organizers will help to navigate to workshop rooms, but we advise to study hotel plan as well.
During the spare time, you have free access to the hotel’s Wellness Centre with pool and saunas.
Useful information
Jurmala entry card
From 01 April to 30 September 2023 there is a fee for entering the Jūrmala special regime area. The entry fee in Jūrmala in 2023 is EUR 2.00. There is no entry fee for electric cars.
Luggage
On arrival you will receive your badges in the hotel lobby area and the luggage will be stored in the luggage room Ķemeri so you can enjoy lunch at the Lielupe restaurant.
After lunch, please make your way to the Jūrmala conference hall and follow the event organizers’ guidance. Another luggage storage facility will be available in the Jūrmala Hall.
Check-in and check-out
The hotel check-in is open from 15:00 on May 11; therefore, you cannot check in before the event starts. You will receive your room key at the hotel lobby– after the official program of the first day ends, i.e. before Outdoor Activity. You’ll have time to change your clothes for Outdoor Activity.
Please check out from the hotel in the morning of May 12 – before the official program of the event starts at 9:30. Luggage will be stored in a luggage facility. You will enjoy second day lunch at the Lielupe restaurant as well.
Travelling/Busses
Travelling from Tallin and Vilnius will be organized by buses. We encourage you to take the bus and not travel by private cars. Details on times and places of departure will be shared later by event organizers.
Parking
Parking in the hotel parking lot costs 5 EUR per day. There are altogether 60 places in the hotel parking lot. Parking on the streets of Jūrmala is free of charge.
Dress code
During both Conference days (official program) is smart casual. For Evening part and Outdoor activity please check the respective sections.
