Mandatory documents for private customers

For the first meeting, please take with yourself:

• Passport or eID card.
• If available – code calculator or a device with installed app Smart-ID.

If the account will be opened for minor:

• If the child is 7 – 15 years old, the child’s parent or other representative needs to visit the branch and bring their own and the child’s passport or eID card. The child’s birth certificate or other document which proves representation is required if the parent or other representative brings only their eID card or the parent’s passport has no entry about the child.
• If the teenager is 16 – 17 years old, the branch can be visited by themselves, bringing passport or eID card. 

Mandatory documents for entrepreneurs

For the first meeting, please take with yourself:

• The articles of association or bylaws (the current wording thereof), unless the latest version thereof is available in the Lursoft database.
• A document proving the identity of the representative – passport or eID card.
• If available – code calculator or a device with installed app Smart-ID.
