Changes to SEB price list for business customers from 15 February 2024
On February 15, 2024, changes to SEB price list for legal entities will come into force. We would like to draw your attention to the most important of them:
- From now on, opening a temporary or current account remotely is also free of charge.
- An additional fee of 100 euros is introduced for payments to/from high sanction risk countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Serbia, Tajikistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan (the list may change in the future, the full and up to date list is available on SEB website).
- Changes have been made to the section on document verification, clarifying the procedure for document verification during cooperation in the event of a change in the signatory, owner and/or beneficial owner of the company.

Also on March 15, 2024, changes to the SEB General business terms and conditions as well as to the terms and conditions of certain services will come into force:
- General business terms and conditions
- Payment card agreement terms and conditions for legal persons
- Credit Card General Terms and conditions for legal persons
- Terms and conditions of Settlement
- Standing order agreement terms and conditions
- Securities account agreement terms and conditions (effective from 15 February 2024)
The changes primarily involve editorial adjustments, such as clarifying terms and processes, merging or removing obsolete items and will not affect usage of the bank services.
