The opportunity to participate in JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra'' share auction.

On January 29, 2015 Nasdaq Riga will hold an auction of 575 000 JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" shares owned by State Insurance Agency. Shares will be auctioned in euros. The tick size (the smallest allowed price movement) for share price in the order is EUR 0.01. The minimum price for JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra" shares that can be entered in orders is EUR 3.14. Each order should contain the maximum purchase price the client is ready to pay for the shares.

SEB bank's clients will be able to submit their orders at any SEB bank branch, internetbank, or by phone (if the client has signed the Agreement on execution of financial instrument transactions) during the period:
