Changes in terms and conditions of SEB products and services and Uniform Service Price List
We hereby inform you that as of 1 December 2015, changes to the Uniform Service Price List of SEB banka, which are applicable to private individuals and legal entities, will become effective.
On the above-mentioned date, the changes in terms and conditions for the following services will become effective:
Internet banking:
- in the future, all users of Ibanka Business will need to be registered as users and identified in person;
- in the future only the following user representation rights will be available to approve payments: Sole authorisation right (R), Signatory (S) and Processor (P).
Payment cards:
- the general credit card terms and conditions shall apply to Active Card;
- the only possible currency of a payment card (including a payment card and a credit card) at SEB banka will be the euro.
Financial instruments transaction agreement for foreign exchange transactions:
- in the future, settlements of foreign exchange transactions within the scope of the concluded agreement will be made into the accounts referred to in a special application.
On the above-mentioned date, the changes in terms and conditions for the following services will become effective
The changes are a part of the project implemented by SEB banka, within the scope of which we are developing and improving the bank's systems to ensure offers that meet the needs of our customers, as well as to seek to balance a top quality service level and banking costs.
