SEB Russia fund and SEB Eastern Europe Ex Russia fund merges with SEB Eastern Europe Small & Mid Cap fund
In order to improve investment opportunities we provide to our customers, on 25 June 2021 a merger of three SEB Eastern-European sub funds will begin – SEB Russia and SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia funds (the merging sub funds) will merge with SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap fund (the receiving fund). The merger will conclude on 2 July.
Customers who have invested in these funds do not have to take any additional actions, as Fund standing orders for SEB Russia and SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia funds will be automatically cancelled on 21 June, and the fund units of the merging sub fund will be transferred to the receiving sub fund on 2 July.

As the SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap fund has a different investment policy, customers who do not agree with the merger can redeem their fund units:
- SEB Russia and SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia fund investors can redeem fund units by 22 June 2021 until 14.00 (Latvian time).
- SEB Eastern Europe Small and Mid Cap fund investors can redeem fund units by 1 July 2021 until 14.00 (Latvian time).
