Notice to the unitholders of SEB Fund 1 – SEB Global Fund
SEB Investment Management AB has decided to make changes in SEB Fund 1 – SEB Global Fund. The changes will be effective as of 2 January 2024.

Summary of the changes:
- Name: the sub-fund will be renamed to SEB Fund 1 – SEB Global Focus Fund.
- Management team: current Quantitative Equities team will change to the Fundamental Global Equities team.
- Investment strategy: the sub-fund will have a considerably more focused portfolio than previously, and the sub-fund will include the possibility to invest a maximum of 5% in China A-shares via the Stock Connect program.
- Benchmark index: new benchmark index for the SEB Global Focus Fund will be MSCI AC World Net Return Index, which tracks stocks from both developed and emerging market countries compared to the old index, which tracks stocks only from developed countries.
- Trading cycle: settlement date will change from two days to one.
The changes will enter into force automatically and unitholders of SEB Global Fund do not need to do anything on their part. Unitholders who do not wish to continue investing in the sub-fund(s) may redeem their units free of charge by 29 December 2023 at 14:00.
