SEB European Exposure fund merges with SEB Fund 1 – SEB Europe Exposure fund
In order to improve investment opportunities we provide to our customers, on December 3, 2021, a merger of two SEB Europe Exposure sub funds will begin – SEB European Exposure fund (the merging sub fund) will merge with SEB Fund 1 – SEB Europe Exposure fund (the receiving fund). The merger will conclude on December 10.
Customers who have invested in these funds do not have to take any additional actions, as Fund standing orders for SEB Europe Exposure fund will be automatically moved, and the fund units of the merging sub fund will be converted into the receiving sub fund on December 10.
SEB Fund 1 – Europe Exposure fund continues to follow the same investment objective and strategy of SEB Europe Exposure sub fund. The merger will not have any foreseeable impact on customers’ investments in the receiving sub fund. However, if customers do not agree with the merger, it is possible redeem fund units by December 2, 2021, until 14.00 (Latvian time).
