SEB Global Services named Best Business Services Firm in Latvia
SEB Global Services centre in Riga has received the ‘Best Business Services Firm – Latvia’ at the 11th annual CEE Business Services Centre Summit & Awards event in Warsaw.
This year five companies from Latvia were nominated for the award in this category. SEB Global Services centre in Riga received this award for the first time in 2020.

Currently, SEB Global Services centre in Riga employs more than 1 100 employees, who provide SEB group companies in Scandinavia, the Baltic States and other regions of the world with a wide range of high value-added business services, such as payment processing and cash management services, processing of securities transactions, compliance and risk management, trading operations and trading control, services related to the prevention of financial crimes, development and maintenance of IT systems, as well as other services.
This summer SEB Global Services centre in Riga plans to move to the newly built office building GUSTAVS in Teika, which will become one of the most modern, inspiring and sustainable office buildings in Riga.
CEE Business Service Centre Summit & Awards is one of the largest global business services (GBS) industry events in Europe, which gathered representatives from over 100 companies from the Baltics, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova. Representatives from ABSL Latvia, Riga Investment and Tourism Agency as well as Invesment and Development Agency of Latvia also took part in this event.
