About merging SEB Global High Yield Funds
In order to improve investment opportunities we provide to our customers, on February 4, 2022, a merger of SEB Global High Yield Funds will begin – SEB Global High Yield Fund (the merging sub fund) will merge with SEB High Yield - SEB Global High Yield fund (the receiving fund). The merger will conclude on February 11.
The merger does not have any foreseeable impact on your investment in the receiving fund, as the sub fund continues to follow the same investment objective and strategy and the fees remain the same.
As an investor in the receiving sub fund SEB High Yield - SEB Global High Yield Fund you are not required to act. However, if you do not agree with the merger, you can redeem fund units by February 10, 2022, until 14.00 (Latvian time).
