Ieva Tetere, Chairwoman of the Management Board of SEB banka: “Dace has worked for SEB for many years, in various structures, including running a company that is regulated and managed internally according to best practices. SEB pension fund managed by Dace has been able to continuously improve its offering by providing even better support and services - launching new pension plans and increasing the sustainability focus. Dace’s practical experience and extensive knowledge are valuable. It is therefore gratifying that Dace now has the opportunity to contribute to other companies in Latvia and internationally by promoting a culture of making savings, caring for a sustainable future and developing good governance practices.”
Dace Ljusa, Chairwoman of the Board of SEB Pension Fund: “The past 18 years spent at SEB have been full of events, during these years the pension fund has become one of the market leaders – the 3rd pension pillar was the first product that could be digitally purchased in SEB internet bank, we were the first to introduce a 3rd pension pillar index plan and we are currently the only pension fund in Latvia, which has already paid an additional profit of 2.4 million euros to its customers. I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to form the future of the pension fund in a team of outstanding professionals, and thus to contribute to the development of the pension industry in Latvia. Change is an integral part of everyday life, driving both business and personal growth, so I am pleased that in the future I will be able to share my accumulated experience and valuable knowledge in companies important to public administration and at the international level.”
Dace joined SEB in 2003 and has held various positions for more than 18 years, including helping to make SEB pension fund one of the leading market players providing customers with the highest added value at the best price.
