Implementation of the new IT system for factoring is completed
On 8 October 2022 the factoring service was transfered from SEB līzings to SEB banka, as wee as new version of the Factoring Agreement shall come into effect. As a part of this project, between SEB līzings, SEB banka and customers the new version of the Factoring Agreement was signed at the same time as the aforementioned agreement and enters into force on the mentioned date without further agreement.
As of 8 October 2022, the account numbers for payments to SEB banka under the Factoring Agreement will remain the same, but the payment recipient will change from "SEB līzings" to "SEB banka".
According to the new version of the Factoring Agreement, SEB banka will withhold commissions, interest and other payments, if any, calculated for the period starting from 8 October 2022 in accordance with the Factoring Agreement (as opposed to the previous settlement procedure, which provided for payment of invoices issued by SEB līzings).
From 10 October 2022, a new customer self-service system – Customer Manager – will be available in the "Factoring" section of the internet bank where customers will be able to generate reports, review your factoring transactions and, if they have this functionality enabled, send invoices for faster payment.
No further action is required from customers at this time.
