Liquidation of Euro reserve fund to begin on March 24
Please note that the planned liquidation of the Euro reserve fund (ISIN LV0000400067) will begin on March 24, 2015. It is set to conclude before July 1, 2015.
We would like to point out that due to initiation of the liquidation process, transactions with Euro reserve fund certificates in bank's branches will be available until March 20, 2015 14:00 o'clock and in internetbank until March 19, 2015 24:00 o'clock.

Due to liquidation of the fund:
1) no administration fee will be charged as of January 1, 2015;
2) sale of fund certificates will be available until March 20, 2015. The liquidation process will begin on March 24, 2015;
3) according to requirements of the Law on Investment Companies the fund will not be able to disburse client assets during the liquidation process between March 24 and June 25;
4) clients who will not sell their fund certificates before March 20, 2015 will receive their assets in their checking accounts after the conclusion of liquidation process on June 25, 2015.
Please note that:
1) individual income tax of 15% is applicable for any income from capital gains if they occur as a result of fund certificate sale;
2) according to SEB bank's pricelist the monthly fee for servicing an empty securities fund is EUR 1. If you are not planning any securities transactions for the foreseeable future for your benefit we invite you to consider closing your securities account.
