We can see that clients appreciate it and this trend is yet another proof that requirements for a high quality of service increases. Customers are willing to receive competent advice from bank's specialists on complex financial issues, while everyday services such as card processing or payments could be solved by more convenient solutions like ones in electronic environment."

PIN code will not be mailed. To start using the card client has to activate it in his internet bank, in a SEB ATM or by calling bank's Client centre. SEB offers the opportunity to receive renewed payment cards by mail since July 2012.
