In accordance with the amendments to regulatory enactments the payments into your 2nd Pension Pillar will be 6 % of your gross salary, instead of the 5 % paid previously.
2nd Pension Pillar is an additional form of savings for your old age pension, which diverts a share of your and your employer's mandatory state social insurance contributions (VSAOI). You do not have to make additional contributions to 2nd Pension Pillar, however, you must select a particular investment plan.
