We hereby wish to inform you that as of March 10, 2016 the top up function for pre-paid telephone cards (Okarte, Zelta Zivtiņa, Amigo and BiFri) will no longer be available in SEB bank’s ATMs. To top up your phone card we kindly invite you to use the internetbank or other means provided by the mobile network operators.
