Arnis Škapars, the member of the management board at SEB banka:
“Our customers are increasingly appreciating a well-balanced business model, in which the digitalisation of certain services plays an important role, however, a personal attitude and valuable advice are still the most important reasons why customers keep choosing our services. This summer, with customer experience in mind, we opened new premises of a contemporary design for our Private Banking customers at Vaļņu iela. We highly appreciate that for several consecutive years now, international experts as well as our customers have been acknowledging our effort. This has led to a subtantial growth of SEB banka's Private Banking business in terms of business volumes, driven by the loyalty of the existing customers as well as resulting from attracting new customers.”
The previous Head of Private Banking Aija Miķelsone has become Head of the SME Segment in the Baltics as well as Head of Business Development at SEB banka in Latvia. Upon assuming the new responsibilities, Aija Miķelsone has joined the management team of SEB banka. At present, the management team of SEB banka is composed of Ieva Tetere, Kārlis Danēvičs, Ints Krasts, Arnis Škapars, Viktors Šeršņovs (Head of Client Coverage), Aija Miķelsone (Head of SME Segment in the Baltics), Renārs Vīksna (Head of SCM), and Agnese Strazda (Head of Corporate Communications Department).
