On December 1 SEB's branch in Spice shopping mall to reopen in a new shape
On December 1 SEB bank's branch in Spice shopping in Riga will reopen after renovation, and it will work according to a new concept.
Bank's employees will no longer offer cash-related services. Instead, clients will be able to use nearby ATMs for their cash deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Employees will focus their attention on consulting private individuals and companies about things like:

- leasing a car;
- receiving a consumer loan;
- using internet bank and payment cards.
Spice branch will offer a wide range of self-service opportunities through it's four internet bank terminals. Clients can use them to access their accounts, make payments, use e-services or perform other transactions. In order to use the workstations, clients will need to use their means of authentification: smartphone application Smart-ID, a code calculator or a code card. The branch will also offer consultations for private individuals with a lending specialist about receiving financing to fulfill their goals. The branch has been renovated and furnished with a new interior and a convenient layout.
Working hours of the branch will remain the same as before:
- from 09:00 to 20:00 on working days;
- from 10:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays;
- from 10:00 to 19:00 on Sundays.
