Global Finance names SEB as the best digital bank in all Baltic countries

For the 19th time Global Finance nominated the World’s Best Digital Banks and this year SEB was named the best digital bank in all three Baltic countries for both corporate/institutional and private clients.

“Digital banking is the future. Looking at the digital achievements over the first half a year, SEB in all Baltic countries counts more than one third of a million SEB Mobile App and almost the same number of Smart-ID users, done more than 2760 video meetings, digitally signed 115 thousand documents. We commit to cashless innovation in products and services for corporate and retail clients”, said Iļja Nogičevs, Head of Front channels Baltics at SEB   

Winning banks were selected based on the following criteria: strength of strategy for attracting and servicing digital customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of digital customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives, and web/mobile site design and functionality.

The overall Regional and Global winners, and Global Sub-Category winners, will be revealed on November 1 in London at Global Finance’s Best Digital Bank Awards
