Notice to unitholders of SEB SICAV 2 – SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap Fund
We will make changes in SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap Fund. These changes, described below, will take effect as of 23st November, 2018.
We would like to inform you about changes in SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap Fund (C –EUR LU0086828794). These changes will take effect on November 23, 2018.
Summary of changes:
Changes in investment strategy:
The sub fund’s investment strategy expands to include both mid cap as well as small companies in Eastern Europe. This broader scope enables a wider range of investment opportunities and ease liquidity constraints on investments.
Name change:
Fund’s name will be updated to SEB SICAV 2– SEB Eastern Europe Small Cap and Mid Cap, in order to reflect the broader investment scope.
Benchmark index:
The investment team will start using a benchmark index, MSCI Emerging Markets Europe 10/40 Index (Net Return).
Additional information:
Unitholders are not required to take action. However, if unitholders do not wish to continue investing in the sub-fund in its new form, they may redeem their units until 14:00, November 22, 2018.
Updated product documentation for the sub-fund, will be available as of November 23, on www.sebgroup.lu and upon request at the registered office of the Management Company.
