Changes in terms and conditions of agreements and general terms and conditions concerning usage of payment cards
On February 18 changes in several documents concerning usage of payment cards will take effect. These changes are related to introduction of a new product: the Digital card, as well as change of term for reviewing customer claims about erroneous or unauthorised transactions with bank's ATMs.
Several changes will take effect on February 18, 2018 in a number of documents concerning usage of payment cards:

The new version of the documents provides that as of February 18, the term in which the bank will review customers' claims regarding erroneous or unauthorised transactions with bank's ATMS will change. Previously the bank reviewed such claims within 15 working days, but as of February 18 this term will be prolonged to 35 working days since receipt of the claim, which is the standard term.
Already soon SEB will start to offer a new product - the Digital card version, therefore these documents have been supplemented with terms and conditions regarding this product.
