On changes in the Credit Card General Terms and Conditions

Starting from September 2020, a number of improvements will be gradually carried out in the Internet bank and mobile app, which will enable both private persons and legal entities to receive information on credit card transactions in a handier and transparent manner in the future. Consequently, new Credit Card General Terms and Conditions will become effective for private persons as well as legal entities, which will apply to the cards issued or renewed after 9 September 2020.

Major changes:

• A more convenient transaction statement - all the transactions carried out will appear in a single place on the account statement.
• A simpler procedure for the repayment of a credit limit - crediting of any amount to your credit card account will automatically be considered a repayment of the credit limit, if such has been used.
• You will be able to freely transfer funds to the account using the Internet bank and mobile app. Other persons will also be able to transfer money to the credit card account.
• It will be possible to make transfers from the credit card account without an additional transfer from the limit, including from the funds granted by the bank.
• The available credit card balance will be visible not only in the Internet bank and in ATMs, but also in the mobile app.
• Changing the automatic repayment account in the Internet bank will become possible, and the changes will become effective with an immediate effect.

Individual notices will be given to all the customers affected by the changes.
