SEB named the best employer brand in the Baltics

Last Friday, 2 October, SEB was named the best employer brand in the Baltics at the closing ceremony of the Baltic Brand Forum. In the assessment organised by the manager selection company Amrop, with over 5,000 participants from the 200 largest companies in the Baltics taking place, we have been noticed and highly appreciated by both employees and managers. Receiving this recognition is both great honour and responsibility for us. The year has been full of drive!

We are pleased to wear this “hat”, thanks to our employees, who have been continuously prepared to keep abreast with the times, willing to improve their knowledge and competencies, accepting various challenges and offering new solutions, continuing to work in international project teams with their Baltic and Swedish peers. Especially during these Covid-19 times, we were able to see how much has been done recently in the bank in terms of technological development and creation of a flexible work environment so that working remotely or from home could be continued, even when physical premises and national borders had been closed.
