Amendments to Terms and Conditions of Advisory
As of 10 March, 2021, a new version of SEB Terms and Conditions of Advisory is in force.
The new Terms and Conditions of Advisory applies to both existing and new customers, and includes the following additions:
- From now on SEB can offer Investment advisory also in the Mobile application by using the Robo investor solution. The procedure for providing this service is stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of Advisory.
- In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability related disclosures in the financial sector, SEB has an obligation to inform customers about the integration of sustainability risks and their impact on decisions about investments related to portfolio management services, investment advisory and advisory about insurance services. The relevant information is disclosed to customers by including it in the Terms and Conditions of Advisory, which customers read before receiving the service.
