All VISA cards issued by SEB are closed and no longer serviced
Due to the bank’s decision to issue and service only Mastercard cards throughout the Baltics, all VISA Style payment cards issued to SEB customers have been closed since 29 June, 2021.
SEB has previously provided new Mastercard payment cards with a standard bank design as a free replacement for all VISA card users. Customers had the opportunity to choose – activate the new Mastercard and use it instead of the VISA card, or not to activate the new card, thus closing both Mastercard and VISA cards on 29 June.
Customers who did not receive the new Mastercard card or didn’t manage to activate it in time are invited to order a new card. The new card can be ordered in the internet bank or at a branch by making a prior booking on our webpage.
