Notice of changes within two SEB Fund 3 Sub-Funds
SEB Investment Management AB has decided to make changes in two SEB Fund 3 Sub-Funds: SEB Technology Fund and SEB Pension Fund as of 1 October 2022. Unitholders are not required to act due to these changes, but should be familiar with them. If unitholders do not wish to continue investing (remain invested) in the sub-fund(s) they may redeem their units free of charge by 30 September 2022 14.00.
Specific sub-fund changes:
SEB Technology Fund
SEB Investment Management AB has built up an experienced Tech team in-house and has therefore decided to in-source the portfolio management of SEB Technology Fund to secure efficient portfolio management. The investments will be based on fundamental analysis with the aim to find the best combination of value, growth, momentum and quality. The investment objective and policy of the Sub-Fund will remain the same, but the new portfolio manager will make some shifts in the allocation of the portfolio, which might lead to transaction costs for the Sub-Fund.
There will also be a change in benchmark and some clarifications in the wording on how the fund is managed in relation to the index. The new benchmark will be „MSCI ACWI Information Technology and Communication Services Index“.
SEB Pension Fund
A correction will be made for an error in the prospectus displaying the wrong currency for the unit class ZC(PH-EUR).
Detailed information is available upon request at the registered office of the Management Company. Updated product documentation for the sub-funds, including the prospectus, is available as of 1 October 2022 on www.sebgroup.lu and from their registered office.
