Starting from 29 December 2022, SEB will terminate all financial services in Croatian kuna (HRK)
On 1 January 2023, Croatia will join the eurozone – the euro will replace kuna as only official currency. A fixed conversion rate of 7.53450 kuna per euro has been set.
To ensure a smooth transition process, SEB decided to terminate all financial services in Croatian kuna on 29 December 2022. On this day, all outstanding balances in Croatian kuna on customers account will be converted to euro at an official rate. Customers do not need to take any additional actions.
We kindly ask you to make all necessary payments in Croatian kuna before the end of 27 December, to ensure all transactions being processed in time.
