Euromoney names SEB banka the best bank engaged in real estate financing
According to the latest survey Real Estate – Global Survey 2017 carried out by Euromoney, SEB banka has been named the best bank engaged in real estate financing in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia for 2017.

Our success hinges on our willingness to engage in large and ambitious projects. A good example is the granting of financing for the construction of an IKEA store. We have also been actively engaging in the multi-residential house renovation and insulation programme, which makes is possible for residents to save on heating costs. We have also been focusing on the sustainability of the residential housing sector, where we have managed to develop great cooperation with the Riga and Valmiera municipalities.”
The survey of the real estate industry for the thirteenth consecutive year was carried out by the financial market magazine Euromoney, which is published in more than 100 countries around the globe and provides an in-depth analysis of the key financial market developments and achievements, carried out. 2,462 respondents from different business sectors throughout the world took part in the survey providing an overview of the best providers of services in real estate sector, i.e., real estate developers, legal offices, real estate companies, consultants, investors, and banks.
In rating financial institutions, respondents were asked to answer the question – which of the companies engaged in providing real estate acquisition or financing services in the particular country or region they valued as the most important providers of these services.
