SEB banka's Dienvidu branch will become a digital self-service center
An increasing number of our clients prefer carrying out their everyday transactions remotely; as a result, the need for our clients to personally visit our branches has diminished greatly: even consulting with our specialist can currently take place through video calls, and to request a loan, an electronic signature and an online-bank application are enough.
17 January will be the last day our branch employees provide their services to our clients in person. As of 20 January, our clients will be provided with a digital self-service area, where they will be able to use online banking services, apply for a video consultation, or book a meeting to take place at a convenient time in any other SEB branch in Riga.
