Initial public offering of AB „Ignitis Grupė“ shares is taking place
In accordance with the announcement on Nasdaq Baltic exchange starting from September 21 until October 1, 2020 Nasdaq Vilnius is running AB “Ignitis Grupė” share auction as a part of its initial public offering in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to retail investors after which the listing of shares on Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange will follow.
AB “Ignitis Grupė” is a leading utility and renewable energy company in the Baltic region. Its core business is focused on operating electricity and gas distribution networks, and managing and developing its green generation portfolio. The Group also manages strategically important flexible generation assets and provides customers and solutions services, including the supply of electricity and gas, solar, e-mobility, improved energy efficiency, and innovative energy solutions for households and businesses.
Retail investors shall place their subscription orders at a maximum price of 28 EUR per one share of AB “Ignitis Grupė”. The final price per share will be announced on or about October 02, 2020 and will not be higher than 28 EUR for retail investors. The offered amount of shares is 20 901 503.

- Orders are accepted from September 21 until 11:00 on October 1 2020;
- The allocation of shares will be completed by 16:00 on October 5, 2020;
- The concluded transactions will be provisionally settled on October 6, 2020;
- The listing on Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange will take place on October 7, 2020.
